Ludlow's Island Resort is one of Minnesota's Premier family vacation properties. It is located 80 miles north of Duluth on beautiful Lake Vermilion. Ludlow's is hiring guest service staff for the 2018 summer season. This position is an opportunity rarely offered and is very coveted. Position includes on- property housing for the summer season. Working in guest services at Ludlow's includes ALL aspects of hospitality.The work season is very demanding requiring a 6 day week and strong work ethic. This is a dedicated position that requires the entire summer season plus weekends in the fall prior to our closing date of October 9th. This position is strongly based on gratuities but also includes a base salary. Successful employees will have the opportunity to return to the position throughout their college career.
