CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WHO CAN LISTEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES AND THEN OFFER THE BEST-FIT SOLUTION TO EACH PROBLEM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL DEVELOP A STRONG COMMAND OF THE COMPANY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES AND BE WELL-TRAINED IN PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE THAT CAN BE CRITICAL FOR OFFERING QUICK AND ACCURATE ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming phone calls from customers and answering product questions + Order entry.
Help customers through email and supplier channels.
May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by the manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will be process-driven and customer-focused, with a “can-do” attitude that is demonstrated every day
Must be comfortable using a computer and CRM systems at a fast pace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
