Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, assess their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.

Verify legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol-related regulations.

Manage inventory and procure supplies for a well-stocked bar and tables.

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the cash register.

Maintain a pristine work area by managing cleaning tasks and organizing equipment.

Contribute to the creation of innovative cocktail recipes.

Requirements:

High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.

Meets state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.

Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Engaging demeanor, professional appearance, and exceptional customer service skills.

Proficiency in basic math and computer operations.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with drink mixing tools and techniques.

Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and managing prolonged periods on your feet.
