    As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in our à la carte line, collaborating closely with our Owner/Executive and Chef Kitchen Manager/Chef. Your responsibilities will encompass mastery of the sautee section and all aspects of the restaurant line, ensuring the creation of high-quality, exquisitely presented dishes. Beyond skillful culinary execution, this role emphasizes creative experience, setting exemplary standards, and knowledge sharing to elevate the productivity and quality of our culinary offerings.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of three years of culinary experience

    Food safety certification

    Passion for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen

    Commitment to crafting fresh, high-quality cuisine from scratch
