RESPONSIBILITIES

• DEVELOP INSURANCE QUOTES, MAKES SALES PRESENTATIONS, AND CLOSES SALES.
• SECURE ALL TRAILING DOCUMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS.
• TREAT EACH CUSTOMER CONTACT AS A CROSS AND UP-SELL OPPORTUNITY INCLUDING FINANCIAL PRODUCTS.
• VERIFY PHONE NUMBERS, ADDRESSES AND EMAIL ADDRESSES WITH EACH CUSTOMER CONTACT AND UPDATE CUSTOMER INFORMATION.
• PROSPECTING AND GENERATING NEW BUSINESS THROUGH LEADS & REFERRAL SOURCES.
• EDUCATE CLIENTS ON THE INSURANCE POLICIES THAT BEST SUIT THEIR NEEDS
• CONDUCT REGULAR ACCOUNT REVIEWS TO IMPROVE RETENTION

REQUIREMENTS

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
