    We're looking for a team player with previous experience working knowledge in the Estate Planning and/or Probate Areas! The right person will be friendly, have attention to detail, and enjoy helping others with their legal situations. This person requires a high level of empathy as many of the clients we are working with are going through very challenging times. Our team is growth-oriented, and teamwork is one of our core values. Responsibilities: • Open hard files and files in our case management software system, MyCase • Follow up on requested documents from clients and draft initial retainer agreements to be sent to potential new clients • Enter the necessary information for the new files into our Case Management Software System • Work under the direction of the Department's Paralegal and Attorney to draft needed Estate Planning and Probate Documents on various clients' cases • Coordinate and Sign estate planning and probate documents and request any necessary documentation from clients for the furtherance of their case Qualifications: • Customer Service Experience is Preferred • Previous Experience in the Financial Industry or Legal Industry is Required • Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required • Live in close proximity to our Law Offices Compensation: $36,000 - $42,000 yearly
