Learn firsthand from experienced Real Estate and Estate Planning Attorneys. Develop practical skills and knowledge in real estate and estate planning. Improve your ability to create essential legal documents like deeds, title insurance policies, estate planning documents, and probate documents. Responsibilities: • Undertake various legal tasks as instructed by supervising lawyers. • Conduct comprehensive research on assigned legal issues, referring to existing law files. • Analyze research findings and present concise summaries. • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings. • Seek knowledge and ask questions to expand expertise in new areas. Qualifications: • Must possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate proactive behavior. • Genuine interest in understanding the day-to-day operations of a law firm is required. • Excellent communication skills are needed, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics. Proficiency in legal writing and drafting of legal documents is a must. • Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor Degree as a 2L or 3L law student. • Seeking opportunities specifically in the Real Estate and Estate Planning Department. Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
