    Lulu Junior Customer Experience Associate

    We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate for our growing Lulu Junior team.

    We sell book-making kits that include everything kids need to create and publish a book or comic book. Once kids finish their creation, the kits include a prepaid envelope to send back their pages so we can scan and print them. Kids then receive their very own professionally printed book!

    What You’ll Do

    You will be an integral part of the execution of Lulu Junior's book production from processing kit orders to scanning in completed pages. You’ll also assist customers and participate in marketing projects with the Lulu Junior team.

    You must have a desire to help others, creatively solve problems, and work collaboratively with a fast-paced team of professionals. This is a full-time, salaried position that requires working from our RTP office. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Manage all customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media 
    2. Process online kit orders
    3. Retrieve mailed-in kits daily from nearby PO Box
    4. Process and scan mailed-in kit pages daily
    5. Research trends, partnerships, and events
    6. Collaborate with the Lulu Junior team to create content to support families & educators
