Job Description

The Legal Intern will work closely with the General Counsel and internal stakeholders to provide excellent legal services to a growing e-commerce company located in Chico, California.  This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a variety of legal fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working alongside the General Counsel, the legal intern will have an opportunity to participate in:

• reviewing agreements; 
• copyright and trademark enforcement; 
• strategic determinations regarding litigation and arbitration matters; 
• legal research; 
• drafting employment policies;
• maintaining corporate records; 
• and more!

Qualifications

Intern should be a student in good standing pursuing a J.D. or L.L.M., or be a recent law school graduate.  Must have excellent grades, intellectual curiosity; attention to detail; and willingness to work in an ever-changing environment are a must. 10-25 hours per week, depending on your schedule.
