Duties include (but not limited to):

• Enter all new and used vehicle purchases into system

• Bill out all Dealer Trades and Wholesales

• Maintain schedules assigned

• Prepare checks for purchases

• Prepare and send checks for customer payoffs

• Maintain incoming and outgoing titles to include reassignments, duplicates

• Inform management of any issues regarding paperwork or titles

• Perform monthly title/MCO audits

• Post transactions to accounting records and ledgers

Qualified applicants should have:

• Prior Automotive accounting experience
• Title experience
• Ability to get and maintain a notary seal
• A professional appearance
• Strong written and verbal skills
• A positive attitude
• The ability to problem solve
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• CDK Drive experience is a plus
