    Lumina Corps is seeking a Project Business Analyst with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience to support federal contracting projects. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, experience working with expense reimbursement processing, cost review, and ensuring accurate financial records. Experience with federal travel regulations is a plus.

    What You'll Do

    • Team Collaboration: Work with event planning professionals and accounting specialists to track and record project details and manage end-to-end workflow from purchase to billing.
    • Task Management: Track and record project details, manage travel reimbursement and expense processes, conduct cost reviews, ensure budget compliance, maintain up-to-date consultant documentation, accurate project billing, credit card reconciliation, and enter accounts payable vouchers.
    • Quality Control: Develop systems, follow SOPs to maintain consistency and accuracy in every project aspect. Attend to details with a high degree of care and success.
    • Project Coordination: Take the lead in project coordination to track and communicate project progress. Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time.

    Ideal Candidates Will Have:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-time work project coordination, business operations or accounting support functional roles.
    • Business Operations Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain processes ideally within a government contracting environment.
    • Professional Qualities : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
    • Expertise: Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, SharePoint. Experience with ERPs is a plus.
    • Mindset: A positive, solutions-oriented attitude, adaptable to various tasks and challenges.

    This full-time position with benefits is mostly remote. Some work in the office in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland will be required, but with flexibility.
