The successful
Field Service Technician candidate will be part of a team working to expand a strong and proven concept that has solid growth potential, with the opportunity to create substantial shareholder value. You will be responsible for conducting customer service visits, documentation, day-to-day repair, and preventative maintenance for various transit agencies and clients. You will identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, work with manufacturers, or field personnel as necessary to procure replacement parts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
TheField Service Technicianwill be an experienced, operationallyoriented professional who can successfully lead as a very hands-on Field Service Technician to scale for additional growth and maximize potential.
This professional will possess:
2-4years technicalexperience required.
HS diploma or equivalentrequired
AS degree; A+ certification preferred.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge of business principles involved in strategic planning, repair techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Knowledge of policies, procedures,and transit systems.
Knowledge of MathWorks, Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Visual Basic, and SCADA software.
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
