ServiceNow Configuration Analysts (Remote and On-site as needed)

WE ARE SEEKING 2 STRONG SERVICENOW ANALYSTS TO HELP BUILD OUT SERVICENOW SOLUTION FROM GROUND UP. HYBRID WORK SITUATION BOTH REMOTE AND ON-SITE IN VENTURA COUNTY AS NEEDED.
The IT Configuration/CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process and ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the IT ServiceNow System Admin and all process owners within IT. As part of the IT ServiceNow (SNow) Implementation Project team the SNow Configuration/CMDB Analyst will be responsible for project support throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will capture and validating business requirements, supporting the SNow Smart Launch implementation process, prepare test plans, conduct testing/validation and providing administrative support of the ServiceNow platform. The SNow configuration analyst will be responsible for working cross functionally with the Project Manager, Product Manager, IT Managers, Lead Business Analysts, Process Owners, Service Owners, and Key Stakeholders, in order to build, test/validate and training the IT staff (knowledge transfer) VCHCA ServiceNow platform. The configuration/CMDB analyst will leverage SNow best practices to reduce rework and increase the quality to the implementation. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a history of providing exceptional customer service, working independently and as part of a team and have a strong foundation in ITSM/ITBM/ITOM/ITAM implementation best practices. The candidate will support the implementation during all phase of the project and provide post implementation stabilization support as well as providing knowledge transfer to IT SNow resources
· ServiceNow Administrator – account creation, access rights, permissions and other SNow administrative duties
· Provide Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation
· Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow
· Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
· Develop and document ServiceNow processes and procedures (to support the SNow Knowledge Base)
· Work with project managers, subject matter experts, Lead Business Analysts, and operational teams
Qualifications
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
Hands on experience with ServiceNow configuration
Experience with ITSM and HR Service Management processes
HR process automation, and strong knowledge of HCM and ITSM processes
Demonstrates strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with the business stakeholders and off shore development team
