  • Help PMO director build PMO
  • Effectively manage technical healthcare projects

• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks.

• Monitor overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action when necessary.

• Identify, manage and solve key issues.

• Define and obtain the appropriate metrics to have a correct view of the project progress and the quality of deliverables produced.

• Evaluation of good practices in the preparation and activation of a contingency plan.

• Identification and evaluation of risks in the current procedures.
