ABOUT THIS ROLE
In a Service Coordinator role, you will be responsible for the scheduling of service appointments for existing customers experiencing issues with their solar panels. The Service scheduling team also takes calls from our service technicians in the field to verify the full completion of work orders, which entails verifying a checklist of photographs..
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage & track project deliverables and timelines, as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees
Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department
Resolve customer complaints or concerns
Coordinate with departments daily
Perform other duties as assigned
Promptly responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Works directly and indirectly with the Service Manager.
Manages daily schedule
Acts as liaison between clients and company to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve products and services.
Familiarizing yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous office or clerical experience preferred
Must be self-motivated as well as thrive in a team environment
Ability to manage workflow while multitasking
Excellent customer service skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
Basic computer skills
Attend daily departmental calls
Maintain expense reports for daily transactions and submit weekly for checks and monthly for all credit card transactions.
Must have a clean driving record, valid state driver’s license
