Job Description: The Human Resource Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, and organizational meetings or events. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Specific Expectations :
- Onboarding of New Hires:
- Monitor the Recruiting HUB throughout the day for new hire requests.
- Send Offer Letter to requested New Hires
- Send ADP link to New Hire once they have accepted the offer
- Monitor the onboarding process to ensure New Hire completes their tasks, so they can be set up in ADP prior to their start date
- Follow up on the date before New Hire starts to remind them about I-9 Documentation, assign LMS registration, and Lumio Facebook page
- Remind Managers that they must do I-9 documentation on New Hire's first day
- Benefit Enrollments and Bill:
- Assist with benefit enrollment for New Hires for all positions except Doctors and Executives
- Reconciliation of benefit bill for Brookshire each month
- Work with new Team Members on Insure Oklahoma eligibility.
- Request temporary ID cards from Brookshire for new Team Members
- Review requests for Qualifying Life Event changes requesting documentation as needed (marriage license, birth certificate, etc.)
Position Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Docs or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
- High School Diploma as a minimum educational requirement
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
