Qualifications:
- Flexible schedule, starting part-time, ideally with the ability to work full-time later on
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts
- Extreme attention to detail, especially with small parts with or without correction
- Strong willingness and ability to comply with rules and operating procedures
- Ability to work with computers, mobile phones, and chemicals such as super glue
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English
- Excitement for working at an early-stage startup with proven traction and a small customer base
- Enjoyment in building products that your friends and family may benefit from and be excited about
- Experience in working in a cross-functional team
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the company leadership for product, vendor, and customer relationships
- Perform necessary manufacturing operations in a non-cleanroom environment such as firmware loading, assembly, inspection, and testing
- Process customer orders and ship out products at the facility on-site
- Keep records of production, fulfillment, and quality control
- Follow production schedules and meet production and quality goals
- Identify and improve safety, quality, and efficiency with company leadership
