About the Role:

A N A Lumpers LLC is looking for hardworking and reliable Lumpers to join their team in Geneva, IL! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment where your physical effort and teamwork make a real impact every day.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload freight, cargo, and merchandise from trucks and trailers

Move and stack products, pallets, and goods in warehouse or dock areas

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of all shipments

Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques at all times

Work alongside drivers and warehouse staff to meet tight unloading schedules

Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area on the dock or warehouse floor

Requirements:

Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs repeatedly) and physical labor for extended periods

Previous lumping, warehouse, or freight handling experience preferred

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible or early morning hours

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Must be able to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout shift
