ABOUT US
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we are a fully remote company assisting home inspection companies across the United States. We answer their phones and emails for them, acting as their front office, selling their services, and handling questions or complaints.
THE ROLE
Our contact center representative role involves answering calls and following up on emails on behalf of our clients. You will be representing individual clients on each call and will be trained on their specifics.
COMPENSATION
Training typically takes around six weeks. You are paid during training with compensation increasing afterwards. Benefits include health, dental, paid time off, and more!
TECHNOLOGY
Whilst we do have a lot of technical support, it is important that you are comfortable using technology. We are happy to get you training or assist in any way, however a lack of technical ability (using chrome, excel, and outlook) will slow you down and make it hard to move effectively. You will receive all equipment needed to work from home efficiently within the first month, as well as some fun company swag!
WORKING FROM HOME
Our company is fully virtual and all our teams, including managers, work from home. Whilst we are not sat next to one another in person, we rely on each other. While being able to get to work in 30 seconds and not have to spend money on car costs & gas has its benefits, there are also some challenges of working from home.
