The Respiratory Therapy Navigator provides services such as arterial blood gases (ABG), vital signs, respiratory modalities, setting up CPAP/BIPAP/AVAPS, post acute care, and assisting with day to day duties of the office. RT will follow specific parameters of treatment. Maintaining charts that contain patient identification and therapy information. Measuring ABGs, 6 minute walk tests, rooming, O2 qualification testing, and explaining health care treatment procedures to patients to gain cooperation.
Respiratory therapists must possess the following qualities: Interpersonal skills, team player, long term care experience, Meg Surg experience
