The position is fully remote; however, rare trips to either office may be required and will be discussed beforehand. Competitive compensation is available with benefits.  Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour + bonus + benefits Responsibilities: Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency • Follow procedures and able to adhere to well-defined policies as well as be comfortable with high standards and technology • FOLLOW UP ON PROSPECTIVE LEADS AND POTENTIAL CLIENTS • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy • BOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED • CONSULTATIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS A HUGE PLUS • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams • Previous experience in a law firm environment or exposure to family law terminology is a plus • Previous experience in an office setting, a plus Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour + bonus
