You are a creative problem solver that is ready to become lead developer on your own project. You've been an integral member of a development team and are now ready to step up and own the technical architecture of a rapidly expanding consumer-facing brand. You will set the technical strategy for all onsite development and e-commerce infrastructure efforts as we grow our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

• Responsible for both Lunya and Lahgo websites and e-commerce technology stack
• In conjunction with Ecommerce Director, recommend technology choices and feature sets to achieve organizational goals
• Lead the company in an iterative, agile software development process, including scoping, detailed design, effort estimation, coding, testing, debugging, maintenance and support
• Design and deploy interactive features, segmented experiences, and other customizations
• Execute A/B testing of new features to drive conversion at every stage of the customer journey
• Own day-to-day improvements while partnering with external developer teammates and managing their workflow on larger initiatives
• Monitor site performance and implement optimizations
• Work closely with Marketing and Content teammates to execute onsite interactive elements of marketing campaigns and translate ideas into executable designs

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3-5+ years of front end development experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
• Ability to work under strict timelines in a fast moving high-energy environment
• Comfortable self-managing priorities, recognizing the difference between urgent, important and low priority
• Write code at every level: with emphasis on UI, integrations, databases and tools
• Strong understanding of mobile first principles, including cross device support, and best practices in UI design
• Creative problem solver who can troubleshoot and develop both quick fixes and long-term solutions
• Comfortable managing workflow for backend engineering support, including logistics integration
• Great at working among multiple teams both technical and non-technical types
• Extensive experience with Shopify Plus and advanced API integrations
• Experience with Netsuite a plus
