Hospitality Lighting Sales Manager (Los Angeles)

Premier Hospitality Lighting Manufacturer looking for a National Lighting Sales Professional. If you have experience in hospitality lighting sales and are interested in joining a dynamic, fast paced, environment and working on some of the most notable architectural projects in the U.S. and abroad, we want you to join our team!

Candidate should be a highly motivated team player with a great work ethic and a can-do spirit. The right person will also be a good communicator with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in decorative lighting and Hospitality Sales are a must.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing national and international Rep Networks

• Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns

• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives

• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

• Working with key clients to develop new projects

Key Qualifications include:

• Exceptional management skills and the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment

• Excellent communication skills, writing and speaking

• Must be highly organized

• An engaging personality that builds brand interest, trust and loyalty

• Excellent computer skills including, QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Able to work evenings and weekends when required - travel required.
