Job Description

Luth Research seeks a Sample Support Associate responsible for supporting the sales and client service team to ensure timely delivery of bids to clients and to effectively manage sample only projects. The Sample Support Associate will be working in a fast paced demanding environment and will report directly to the Manager of Online Operations. If you have experience as a Sample Support Associate and are interested in working collaboratively in a growth environment, apply to become part of our dedicated team today.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run feasibility reports to determine the viability of using the SurveySavvy panel on incoming bids in order to provide accurate and timely estimates to the Sales and Client Service teams.
• Utilize various systems, databases and resources (e.g. internal systems, internet, previous studies, etc.) to provide reliable incidence statistics and estimations for use in running feasibility reports to ensure we are providing accurate estimates to the Sales and Client Service teams.
• Assist with outsourcing bid requests for partner vendors in the US and Internationally in order to fill jobs where the SurveySavvy panel will fall short.
• Track outsourcing bids and costs in order to provide accurate information to Accounts Payable.
• Assist in the sampling and execution of online projects to ensure maximum productivity.
• Any other tasks and projects assigned by executive management.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Rate of Pay: $13 - 14/hour based on skills and experience.
• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or related job experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with client communication. 
• Open to learning new processes and take on new challenges.
• Ability to be a quick learner as well detail oriented.
• Independent thinking skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Experience with Decipher is a plus. 
• Flexibility in hours including some evening and weekend hours.
