    Job Description

    The Panel Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring member satisfaction across all surveysavvy.com and savvyconnect.com member touchpoints, ensuring all survey invitations and communications are error-free, responses are professionally drafted and go out timely,  alerts and all other messaging appropriate and uphold Luth Research’s strict quality standards to ensure growth and loyalty from our panelists while generating improved work-flow, user experiences, efficient communication, scalability, increased revenue, and profitability.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Manage, direct, coordinate, cross train and schedule needed team members on a daily basis to ensure optimal productivity and timely support for SurveySavvy/SavvyConnect  including Survey QA,  payment request communication, etc. with quality error free communication to ensure timely quality responses.
    2. Manage, mentor and train the Special Projects Support team, ensuring that all SurveySavvy and SavvyConnect panelists are responded to and have their concerns alleviated in a timely, courteous and professional manner to ensure maximum respondent satisfaction and retention.
    3. Produce reports on a regular basis detailing the progress of individual team members, such as resource and QA assignments, support ticket performance, and any other reports as needed. Furthermore, use these reports to ensure that there is an equal balance of knowledge, skill and performance across the various team members.
    4. Identify all areas including survey testing which touch respondents via communication and direct the team members accordingly to ensure optimal member satisfaction for all members across all devices.
    5. Work with Accounting and Management to ensure a smooth payment and check delivery process, providing any information they require on the panelists from communications.
    6. Any other tasks and projects assigned by executive management

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

    • Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or related job experience.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • Open to learning new processes and take on new challenges.

    • Ability to be a quick learner as well detail oriented.

    • Independent thinking skills.

    • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

    • Ability to multi-task.

    • Flexibility in hours including some evening and weekend hours.
