Job Description
The Panel Communication Manager is responsible for ensuring member satisfaction across all surveysavvy.com and savvyconnect.com member touchpoints, ensuring all survey invitations and communications are error-free, responses are professionally drafted and go out timely, alerts and all other messaging appropriate and uphold Luth Research’s strict quality standards to ensure growth and loyalty from our panelists while generating improved work-flow, user experiences, efficient communication, scalability, increased revenue, and profitability.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or related job experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Open to learning new processes and take on new challenges.
Ability to be a quick learner as well detail oriented.
Independent thinking skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Ability to multi-task.
Flexibility in hours including some evening and weekend hours.
