    Job Description

    We are an employee benefits company located in downtown Pittsburgh servicing Pittsburgh and it’s surrounding areas.  

    The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and a friendly disposition. Required experience with insurance either on the carrier side or employer sponsored benefits.  A working knowledge of Excel and Adobe/PowerPoint/Nitro is required.

    Some of the core job duties are: 

    • Maintaining our client database and e-files

    • Processing enrollment changes with carriers

    • Providing customer service to our clients via phone and email.

     

    The person in this position will work a hybrid schedule.  In office training is required but can move to 3 days at home, 2 days in the office.
