Details and responsibilities for SALES COORDINATOR:

• Work closely with supply chain & sales team to assist in processing PO's
• Send order confirmations to customers
• Identify and monitor incoming shipments and communicate to customers
• Work closely with finance team to ensure credit approvals are in order
• Work closely with sales team to identify tools for reporting
• Maintain accurate data in ERP and CRM tool
• Support logistics and operations manager as necessary
• Travel required when needed
• Daytime schedule: Monday-Friday
• Pay rate $23-$25/hour
• Temp-to-Hire position

Qualifications for SALES COORDINATOR:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and social skills with the ability to effectively work with clients
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize
• Articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
• Previous experience in logistics/freight preferred
• Must be team-oriented, self-confident with high energy and a can do attitude
• Ability to travel when needed
