Entertainment Company Office Manager/Accounting Assistant
Job Description
DUTIES:
Ensure supply room, mailroom, and kitchen are organized and stocked with supplies. Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and other supplies.
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries
Manage our office-related vendor accounts (Cintas, cleaning service, etc.)
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
Assist Accounting with collections and other Accounts Receivables and Payables functions
Assist with special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in office administration and high-volume office work
Must be very tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new technology systems and processes
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Reports to: General Manager
Pay: $18 - $20 DOE
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F. Overtime as necessary
Full-time employees receive medical and dental benefits after a 3 month trial period.
