Job Description

LUX Los Angeles LLC (LUX LA) is a multi-brand wholesale clothing company. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a great sales communicator, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment, shifting priorities, as needed. The candidate must be able to deliver superior results with clients, work with other departments and oversee orders to ensure the accuracy of development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and grow existing account base

•Preferably have strong, existing buyer relationships

•Provide sales goals (weekly, monthly, yearly), run sales reports, and track progress

•Compile feedback from accounts and provide detailed recaps to design sales and creative teams

•Company reach-out and customer follow-up, while keeping a record of all customer interactions

• Problem-solve all customer complaints and propose adequate solutions to ensure the resolution

•Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

•Learn our database system N41 as well as other wholesale/retail e-commerce portals (FashionGo, Faire, OrangeShine, Shopify)

•Assist with creating campaigns and initiatives to increase sales, assist with producing a system for ongoing campaigns, reach-outs, sales calls, etc

QUALIFICATIONS

•Must have wholesale sales experience (2-4 years relevant experience)

•Must be comfortable meeting in person, over the phone, and sending emails.

•Be comfortable, persistent, and gracious on phone/email

•Detail oriented, organized, and has a sense of urgency to complete all tasks and meet all deadlines

•Willing to travel to all markets/tradeshows including some weekends, shows, and boutique visits

•Highly organized, efficient, proactive, communicative, professional, and strong attention to detail with great follow-up skills

•Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large

•Have excellent communication skills working alongside a collective team

•Willingness to travel Internationally
