LUXIUM PATH SOLUTIONS is a growing small business focusing on expanding our Fortune 500 Clients brand awareness and sales revenue through building lasting relationships with local consumers. It is our goal to hire at the entry-level and grow from within. We are looking for individuals we can train from the ground up to fill our entry-level marketing roles.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, LOCAL TO THE COLUMBIA, SC AREA. WE NEED PEOPLE ABLE TO START IN COLUMBIA WITHIN 2 WEEKS. WE DO NOT REQUIRE ANY SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY TRAINING. WE ARE LOOKING TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO APPLICANTS WITH LESS EXPERIENCE WHO HAD LESS CONTROL OF THEIR SITUATION WITH COVID.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MARKETING ROLE:

• Training in business management for customer service, marketing, and sales consultants
• Solve customer inquiries and communicate the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
• Assisting in the daily operations of the client
• Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns

OUR SKILL ENHANCEMENT & TRAINING PROGRAM FOCUSES ON THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• Leadership skills
• Effective communication techniques
• Marketing campaigns and sales strategies
• Team management

Qualifications

• Work experience in the following industries is an asset, but not required: Communications, Business administration, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, Psychology, Sports Management, and related fields
• Willingness to succeed and train in an entry-level promotions position
• Great communication skills and people skills
• Excellent work ethic
• A positive business attitude like the rest of our client’s enthusiastic staff
