As an ONSITE RECRUITER, you will have the opportunity to help our client by providing them with high-quality assistance on a daily basis and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees

· On-board and train new employees

· Implement company culture, values and policies

· Provide management with requested reports and documents

· Manage employee badge set up and monitor all timekeeping records

· Investigate and document employee accidents and incidents

· Coordinate events focused on employee recognition

· Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in recruiting preferred but not required

· Must be able to work overtime and some weekends as business demands fluctuate

· Excellent attendance required

· Must have excellent attention to detail

· Must be able to work unsupervised and meet all required goals

· Ability to build rapport with all employees

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Bilingual in English and Spanish
