Job Description
• Build and implement a strategy and roadmap for the growth of retail business • Leverage marketing tools for consistent brand positioning and stories • Focus on building consumer engagement and loyalty through non-digital channels • Maximize the conversion of Leads generated from the online channel to sales opportunities • Build and implement the Gabriel boutique stores profile and dealership model • Expand the retail network of high-quality stores and support them to become successful • Develop and institutionalize sales systems and processes to support the achievement of the sales strategy • Train and motivate the retailers and brand ambassadors in enhancing the consumer experience for our products • Plan Business merchandising programs in alignment with the merchandising strategy
Work closely with Online sales – for a smooth execution of the Omnichannel strategy which comprises of:
• Creating a customer brand for Gabriel & Co. which is consistent across Online (digital) and Offline Channels • Working with online sales to Integrate omnichannel for uniform customer experience • Creating and maintaining close alignment between offline and online distribution channels since Online (digital) channels are crucial in securing the lead offline channels should work on these leads to convert them into tangible sales orders • Maintaining a balanced business portfolio between Offline and Online (digital) sales • Focusing on the developing Gabriel boutique stores for offline (non-digital) stream of business • Creating a strong merchandising strategy to cater to different needs of the various segments of customers and consumers and price ranges
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Should have at least 20+ years of strong sales management experience including high-level experience in Omnichannel sales preferably in the Jewelry or luxury retail industry. • Should be a Results-driven professional with the ability to achieve strategic organizational goals • Should have experience delivering sales and profitability goals by … o providing professional development for the talent at all levels in the stores and to the members of the sales organization. o managing the expansion of the retail business, and working with corporate partners in fine-tuning the initiatives with the constantly changing business context • Should be a passionate leader who believes in playing to the strengths of the people who strives to build high performing and productive teams who deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer loyalty.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed University
