    A Message from the Owner: At Easy Clean, we don’t just clean spaces; we build relationships. I am looking for a motivated, "all-hands-on-deck" partner to work directly with me to scale our residential and commercial operations across Rhode Island.

    The Role

    This is a unique, hybrid position. You won't just be behind a desk or just in the field—you’ll be doing it all. Your day-to-day will include:

    Marketing & Strategy: Collaborating on campaigns to grow our client base.

    Client Relations: Managing customer service and ensuring total satisfaction.

    Project Management: Visiting job sites to ensure quality and "jumping in the trenches" to clean alongside the team when needed.

    Compensation & Growth

    Starting Pay: $20.00/hour during the training period.

    Structure: Part-time to start, with a clear path to a full-time position with benefits based on your performance.
