    We are the largest network of market-specific luxury-focused magazines in North America, seeking a talented sales professional to join our team. We are seeking a business development dynamo who will represent our powerful media products and is ready to be our next superstar.

    The candidate we select will share our passion to deliver the absolute best marketing solutions for our clients; working with a supplied prospects and leads selling BtoC advertising, to help them achieve their marketing goals across print, digital and social media platforms. You’ll enjoy calling on local and regional businesses within a supportive environment and ongoing training. We are hiring pleasant, professional, outgoing individuals with passion, urgency and a willingness to go above & beyond. Advertising sales experience not required, however, the ability to cold call and develop business is a must in order to be successful.

    Role Overview:

    • Building + maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and current clients in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.

    • Seeking out and helping to understand and define clients’ needs and goals, then selling the appropriate products and services to match their needs by effectively communicating the benefit.

    • Influentially presenting to prospective / current clients (in person and virtual) to achieve results.

    • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales + retention

    • Representing the company brand across the market, with a dedication to excellence, robust distribution and networking.

    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The success of this role is all about relationships. You will represent and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, with a focus on delivering the right set of solutions best suited to each clients’ unique needs.

    The right candidate will have:

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Apple products

    • Familiarity with CRM tools + practices, with excellent follow up and organization skills

    • Expert at building strong, effective professional relationships

    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

    • Must be comfortable making outbound phone calls, hosting Zoom meetings, and in-person appointments.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    • Expert prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

    • Ability to create and deliver influential presentations tailored to audience needs

    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent is ideal but not required. Will train the right person.

    • Experience with Adobe suite of products is beneficial but not required (i.e., InDesign, etc.)

    • An energetic, enterprising, “can-do-anything” attitude with a professional, polished demeanor

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Base salary $36k+ unlimited commission. Successful candidate will make $70k - 100k+ minimum.
