Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads • Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties • Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market • Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude • Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment • Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Compensation: $62,000 - $74,400 yearly
