    We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads • Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties • Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market • Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude • Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment • Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Compensation: $62,000 - $74,400 yearly
