Responsibilities: Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement strategies to drive results • Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and client outreach initiatives • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth Team Development • Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence Operations & Compliance • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Buying, Repairs & Service Coordination • Oversee gold, silver, and estate buying from the public, ensuring fair pricing and strong margins • Work closely with jewelers to manage repair intake, timelines, and quality control • Communicate clearly with clients about repair expectations and completion Qualifications: Qualifications • 3–7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail • Previous leadership experience in a small business or boutique environment strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals (GIA certification a plus) • Experience with custom jewelry, repairs, or buying from the public is highly desirable Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
