    We’re hiring an all-star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges. Responsibilities: • Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful • Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing • Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs • Set our sales strategies and sales objectives to achieve our sales goals • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement strategies to drive results • Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and client outreach initiatives • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth Team Development • Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence Operations & Compliance • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Buying, Repairs & Service Coordination • Oversee gold, silver, and estate buying from the public, ensuring fair pricing and strong margins • Work closely with jewelers to manage repair intake, timelines, and quality control • Communicate clearly with clients about repair expectations and completion Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in sales management as a sales executive or in a leadership role in the sales department • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major • 3–7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail • Previous leadership experience in a small business or boutique environment strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals (GIA certification a plus) • Experience with custom jewelry, repairs, or buying from the public is highly desirable Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly

    $90,000-$125,000 per year
