    We are seeking a driven and aggressive Kitchen Showroom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Manhattan or Cedarhurst showroom. This role focuses on managing a high volume of inbound leads and nurturing long-term client relationships to drive sales of our custom kitchen solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment, leveraging their sales acumen to close deals efficiently while representing our brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Whether you come from the kitchen design industry or a related field like high-end home improvement or luxury furniture sales, your ability to connect with clients and convert leads into sales will be key to success in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients visiting the showroom to understand their needs and present tailored kitchen design solutions.
    • Manage and follow up on a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring timely and professional communication to convert inquiries into sales.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the design team to provide clients with accurate quotes, 2D/3D CAD presentations, and project timelines.
    • Actively track and manage sales pipelines using CRM software to ensure all leads are pursued to closure.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by aggressively pursuing opportunities and closing deals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and coordinating with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Generate personal leads through networking and client referrals to supplement company-provided leads.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an aggressive sales professional, preferably in kitchen design, high-end home improvement, luxury furniture, or a related industry.
    • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a showroom or retail environment.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    • Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound leads and maintaining organized follow-up processes.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on closing deals.
    • Knowledge of kitchen design, cabinetry, or home renovation processes is a plus but not required.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving sales rather than creative design.
    • Flexibility to work showroom hours, including weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred.

    Compensation

    • Base Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
    • Commission Structure : * 7% commission on sales from company-provided leads. * 12% commission on sales from self狩田self-generated leads.
