Leasing Consultant – Luxury High-Rise Chicago | On-Site | Tuesday - Saturday | $70K - $80K

Business Staffing of America is partnering with a premier luxury multifamily developer to find their next Leasing Consultant for a stunning high-rise property in Chicago's Gold Coast.

The Role: You'll be the face of the property – guiding prospective residents through the leasing journey, showcasing luxury amenities, and delivering a white-glove experience from first tour to move-in.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of luxury apartment leasing experience
• Track record of meeting/exceeding leasing targets
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• Weekend availability required

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000 (base + commission)
