    You Must have a Real Estate License This is a high commission-based recruiting position. It is possible to make 6 figures monthly or 7 figures yearly with this our team. This is not a salary position. We are in need of a professional Real Estate Recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: • Source and recruit top talent for Real Estate Agent positions • Execute mid to high-level recruiting strategies to fill open positions. • Utilize effective recruitment and hiring processes consistent with HR best practices. • Conduct interviews with Real Estate Agents to ensure they meet the company’s hiring standards. • Monitor and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the interview process. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field Compensation: $163,000
