Role & Responsibilities:

An Exclusive Project Showing agent is an ambassador for Luxury Living's Exclusive listings and developments. In this role, you will offer best-in-class customer service and help customers choose the property as their next home.

• Mastering property knowledge (i.e., floor plans, inventory, pricing, and other property policies and details).
• Being present for floor-time opportunities, conducting scheduled tours, and timely follow-up with customers.
• Following company processes for touring and closing customers.
• Entering customer tour data in company CRM to update leasing activity, maintain data integrity, and keep company reports accurate.
• Achieving and maintaining leasing velocity goals (individual and at property level).
• Communicating with the team and customers on dedicated company channels.
• Collaborate with the Leasing and Processing team in collecting required and/or missing application materials to move the application process forward.

What You Bring to Luxury Living:

• 1-3 years of real estate experience or sales experience.
• Valid leasing agent or sales license in the state of Illinois.
• Chicago Association of Realtors member and pay association dues is required.
• Available to work weekends and regular summer hours (seasonal height of the industry).
• Smartphone and laptop computer for work purposes.

Compensation:

The Exclusive Showing Agent is solely a commission role. The average annual commission for an Exclusive Showing Agent at Luxury Living is $60,000*

*dependent on an agent's availability to take floor time and time of year the agent joins the team.
