Responsibilities: • Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across BOTH The Noel Collective luxury brand and the Sports Entertainment brand , ensuring alignment and consistency • Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), including content creation, posting, and audience engagement • Develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive lead generation and client engagement • Own all marketing materials, including listing collateral, buyer/seller guides, newsletters, print assets, and digital campaigns • Manage MLS and Private Exclusive listings, including launch strategy and ongoing promotion • Oversee email and text marketing campaigns for listings, events, and client touch points • Plan and execute events, client appreciation initiatives, and brand activations in collaboration with leadership Qualifications: • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, luxury, or a fast-paced service-based industry • Strong expertise in content creation, especially social media (Reels, video, visual storytelling ) • Proficiency in tools such as Canva (required); Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, content generation platforms, or marketing automation tools) to support content creation, strategy, and workflow efficiency • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives • Creative, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of branding, marketing trends, and client experience Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
