    JOB SUMMARY

    The Sales Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to oversee and maintain communication with the client and increase customer satisfaction. They work in coordination with assigned AEs and the Luxury Operations Team to elevate Luxury Mortgage as the lender of choice for Non QM and related mortgage products. The position is managed by Regional TPO Sales Manager.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate with brokers and collect all relevant information for new broker approvals.

    • Communicate with brokers and collect all relevant information for annual broker re-certifications.

    • Update company approval and re-certification forms/letters as needed.

    • Manage and update the broker approval process

    • Maintain company databases (BDM, TPO Portal) by completing bi-weekly scrubs

    • Communicate lender statuses to Account Executives to ensure open flow of communication in connection with applications.

    • Manage and update all broker information in company’s broker database to ensure accuracy and compliance

      • Manage account price tiers and comp plans quarterly
      • Bi-weekly scrub of all approved and holding statuses to reflect current Comergence status. Notify all parties involved.
    • Manage and update all broker information in EllieMae TPO Portal to ensure accuracy and compliance

      • Update main office, branch office and contact statuses daily to reflect Comergence status. Notify all parties involved.
      • Bi-weekly scrub of all approved statuses to reflect current company broker database status. Notify all parties involved.
      • Manage contacts to access company TPO portal and website.
    • Manage Bronto and process for rate sheet and marketing distribution

      • Create and manage segments and lists for targeted distribution
      • Monitor the data feed and integrity of the distributions
      • Create and update html templates for distribution
    • Manage Wholesale tradeshows

      • Oversee all tradeshow shipping materials including booth, graphics, displays, and literature
      • Coordinate all hospitality events lunches, dinners and meeting space
      • Coordinate travel for company employees attending show
    • Continuous TPO Account Executive training regarding all systems

    • Continuous notifications/updates to TPO Account Executives regarding their accounts

    • Manage all forms and documents on Wholesale website

    • Manage and update guidelines on Wholesale website.

    • Duties as set forth in the company’s policies and procedures.

    • Risk management accountability
