    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Client Administrator’s primary responsibility is to ensure all new applications meet the minimum requirements for approval to participate in Luxury Mortgage’s Wholesale programs. They work in coordination with assigned AEs and Production Coordinators to provide excellent customer service to new and potential clients and elevate Luxury Mortgage as the lender of choice for Non QM and related mortgage products. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviews all new wholesale applications to ensure all minimum approval requirements are met
    • Work with assigned Account Executives / Production Coordinator to obtain any missing or additional information required for approval
    • Recommend disposition of applications as needed
    • Maintain wholesale databases used in application and approval of new applications and renewal of approved clients
    • Coordinate training and onboarding of all new accounts
    • Facilitate the processing and completion of clients pending renewal, including but not limited to working with production and or client to obtain any necessary documents and updating all relevant systems
    • Assist with maintaining wholesale “Report Cards”
    • Provide monthly reporting including the following:
      • New wholesale accounts – number of new applications received, timeline for approval process, disposition of the applications
      • Existing wholesale accounts – number of new loan applications received, quality of loan files submitted, pull through on applications and servicing performance
    • Assist with preparing and updating training materials for new Account Executives and or Production Coordinators
    • Assist in training new sales and operations team members
    • Assist with creating policies and procedures for the wholesale channels as needed

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • Knowledge of the mortgage / banking industry, work experience a big plus
    • At least three years of experience working in a client services / customer service role
    • Able to work under tight deadlines
