We are searching for hardworking housekeepers for our properties in San Diego County. Housekeepers will perform a variety of cleaning duties, such as common areas, interior and exterior, and make-ready units.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Housekeeper:

Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily

Clean and maintain models and/or show units on a daily basis

Clean grounds, corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators and lounges

Clean the office, clubroom, restrooms and other common areas on a daily basis

Clean vacant apartments

Inform management of supply needs on a weekly basis

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Perform other duties as may be required

Education and Experience Required of a Housekeeper:

High school diploma or GED a plus

Ability to speak English a plus

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations

Lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

Valid driver's license

Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
