    Offer Summary:

    We are looking to hire a hardworking and dedicated Community Manager to join our team! Be a part of our success in managing luxury apartment communities in beautiful Southern California. As a successful Community Manager, you will lead the property to success by providing unmatched service to our residents and employees. You will be responsible for staff development through motivating, training and coaching your team, as well as implementing and overseeing leasing, marketing and resident relation strategies that provide an unmatched customer service experience.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    The Community Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property in accordance with company regulations. This includes but is not limited to such responsibilities as:

    Motivating and guiding leasing consultants towards success in their duties

    Leasing and assisting with leasing apartments

    Collecting rent

    Enforcing rules and regulations of leasing contracts

    Conducting tours of the property and follow-ups with prospective clients

    Generating and maintaining relationships with both prospective and residing clients

    Conducting business in accordance with all relevant State, Federal, and local laws relating to Fair Housing and the Covid-19 pandemic

    Education and Experience:

    Highschool diploma or GED

    Fair Housing Compliance Certification

    Experience in apartment communities

    Must have experience managing 2-4 staff members

    Skills and Other Requirements:

    Must be able to motivate and influence both staff and residents

    Must possess excellent sales and closing techniques

    Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

    Must possess a valid driver’s license
