Maintenance Technician- San Diego

Our apartment community management company is looking to bring on reliable and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to our luxury apartment communities in San Diego County. Positions are available for immediate hire.

If you are handy around the house and have experience maintaining buildings and air conditioners, we would like to talk to you! Our San Diego based company manages several apartment communities nationwide and has a current need for Maintenance Technicians and Apartment HVAC Technicians!

Qualifications of a Maintenance Technician

Apartment maintenance experience is required

HVAC Certification preferred but not required

Must be able and willing to work one weekend day

Must be available for an on-call rotation

Job Duties of our Maintenance Technicians

General apartment maintenance including, but not limited to:

Electrical - relay switches, fan-motors, run capacitors and conversions

Plumbing - slab leaks, angle stop replacements, hot water heater replacements, faucets

Drywall - patching and texturing

Locks & Rekeying

Appliance - troubleshooting and repairing dishwashers, refrigerators, garbage disposals, and washers/dryers

Painting

Vinyl Flooring Installation and Repair

Basic Carpentry

Salary/Hourly Starting at $17 per hour and up DOE
