    About the Opportunity We are seeking a licensed, experienced real estate agent to represent a high-end luxury property in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This is a Thursday through Sunday position, ideal for an agent who thrives in upscale environments and enjoys engaging with qualified buyers, weekend visitors, and second-home investors.

    The ideal candidate will serve as the on-site representative, providing guided tours, building rapport with clients, and delivering an exceptional luxury experience aligned with the prestige of the property.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the on-site agent for a luxury listing Thursday through Sunday

    Greet and qualify walk-ins, scheduled showings, and private appointments

    Conduct professional property tours with attention to detail, lifestyle selling, and discretion

    Capture and manage leads through CRM or follow-up process

    Provide feedback and market insight to the listing team

    Maintain the property’s presentation (lights, ambiance, cleanliness, staging)

    Represent the brand and listing team with professionalism, integrity, and discretion

    Keep up to date with local market trends, nearby inventory, and community offerings

    Qualifications

    Active Delaware Real Estate License (Required)

    2+ years of residential sales experience (luxury market experience preferred)

    Familiarity with Rehoboth Beach and surrounding high-end neighborhoods

    Comfortable working independently and professionally managing a listing

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client service skills

    Reliable transportation and punctuality

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with second-home buyers, investors, or relocation clients

    Weekend availability is a must (Thursday–Sunday coverage required)

    Prior work in luxury sales, design, or hospitality is a strong plus
