Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow-up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
